How will my order be delivered to me?

It'll be based on the shipping method you choose. If you opt for store pickup, then you'll have to pick it up from store, otherwise it'll be shipped via our courier partner.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

You'll get a confirmation email which is registered with your account.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can always login to our website and view your orders to check status of your orders and history of orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and confirmed. Once they are packed, they can't directly be cancelled but they can always be returned within their returnable duration.

Do you allow exchanges?

The nature of our products are not really exchangable but you can always opt for replacement in case they are damaged during transit.

What are the shipping charges?

For In-Store pickup, shipping is free. For rest, it'll depend on your geograpic location and order quantity.

What are your Terms & Conditions.

By the nature of our products they are non returnable once their inner packing is opened. In case there is some issue because of shipping, we'll replace it within 7 days of delivery. Please note that unboxing video is mandatory for shipping related returns.
